You will work with our investment teams during the origination, execution of the transaction, and divestment. You will be responsible for working with our partners to oversee construction and delivery of the asset to operation. Day-to-day responsibilities will include construction management, contract management, Workplace Health & Safety/compliance management, trouble-shooting, risk and issue management.

In addition, you will likely attend asset level board meetings and support our board members with information and analysis to make key decisions. You will also oversee the financial performance of assets, manage asset cash flow requirements, ensuring adhesion to initial investment projections and finally, work on additional ways to create and project value for our different assets.

Along with your relevant degree in engineering with complementary studies such as finance, accounting, mathematics, economics or law, you will bring 8-15 years’ of experience in construction management, private equity asset management, financial management, and control of conventional energy projects.  

The team would find your exposure to energy infrastructure project management/control, project finance, business development (offtake agreements, PPAs), FX, interest rate and inflation hedging instruments, and/or commercial debt finance particularly interesting.

Fluency in Spanish is preferred for you to be successful in the role.
